Time + Money = Loss of relationship and tradition

Growing importance for time and money makes relationship weak and given least priority. This in a way has a serious impact on understanding and keeping up our tradition and loss of moral values.

There has been a lot of discussion done over this issue in the past and it is still debated in the society, cause for this is many many factors but the impact of it is mostly on the aged people and kids at home. I thought about this issue a lot coz I am personally going through this in my life. It is painful, it is really worrysome. I dont want this to happen but unfortunately it happens sometimes and I could realize there are some mistakes at my end but not able to rectify it. I have been thinking if my son or daughter would get to meet, interact with those relationship like uncles, neices, aunts or would they get to celebrate the festivals along with all the family members and extended family I am sure my kids will never get 10% of what I got in my childhood. I can still remember those manners and etiquette's that my grand father taught me. My grand mother taught me how to worship, epic stories and a lot many things that gave me an idea about my religion and tradition. Will I be able to create such an opportunity to my kids? or will they ever get to know all that I got to know or will they learn those stupid things from internet and thru SMS messages. Technology gives both the positive theory and the negative theory and understanding them would be a difficult task and for sure they will be confused.

I strongly believe that its not good for this society to continue like this and to change this we should all look first look at our families  and see if we can bring in some change. I would appreciate if readers can come up with some ideas/suggestions to correct this.

Shaheed Uddham Singh: Alias Ram Mohammad Singh Azad - The impact created by this unsung hero......

In the history of India "The Independance struggle" will occupy most part of it. Independence struggle gave birth to a lot of heroes. Some were real and a lot of hype's like Gandhi. I dont believe in giving credit to a single person or celebrating him alone for an achievement like attaining freedom to India.
There are some imcidents that was not spoken much but I believe these incidents should have shaken the British, created fear in their mind which finally got them out of this country. One such example is the act of Shaheed-i-Azam Sardar Udham Singh who killed General Michael O'Dwyer. Shaheed-i-Azam Sardar Udham Singh who witnessed the Jallian Wallah Bagh massacre took an oath to avenge the killings. He fought many odds before he could reach his final goal of killing Michael O'Dwyer 21years after the massacre happened.
What scared the British? Its not the killing as such but the place. It happened in Caxton Hall in London. British believed that we would always resist their occupation in India without guns and only sitting here in India. When Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose travelled out of the country and built an armed force against the British and when Udham Singh attacked them in their capital, it should have sent signals to them that Indian's are capable of anything and they are taking a different path which would cause disturbance in Britain. People like Gandhi made us look like poor guys who are capable of nothing but shouting slogans. If this Gandhi guy not been there we would have put a brave fight lost more lives but achieved a freedom out of bravery and not let the country split.
It is Udham Singh who travelled abroad to many nations before reaching Britain after 21 years of the massacre and killed O'Dwyer who should be celebrated.

India Won but MUSHARAFF LOST

MUSH THE LOSER......this would be a major disappointment to Musharraf than his cricket board, people and team.........he would have played a good amount of politics had they won this cup and would have portrayed himself as a saviour of Paki Cricket......poor mush.....Paki team did their best......Well Done India!!!

Chappell Mr.Correct

I addressed Chappell as Mr.Correct the man who had the courage to speak against a team and board in a cricket crazy country filled with politics even in sports. He was traumatized, humiliated and embarrassed by people, his team, the board and from almost all the quarters. Even our politicians played their part to get him out of his job. But what he told that day is true and Twenty 20 has just proved that. Chappell said young blood should be given opportunity in the game and old guns should step aside............ whats wrong in that......How long do you expect Tendulkar to play this game.....until he uses cricket bat as his walking stick?????? I do agree he contributed for Indian cricket a lot so what? when time comes he has to give way to youngsters........look at this Gambhir guy he played good game in the finals of Twenty-20..........Uthappa..........Rohit Sharma.....though they have to be tried and tested its still is not a joke to play a good cricket in a fast and furious game.......I dont understand why we have Shewag in this team......

there is lots that you can talk about this game.........am not a cricket savvy guy but what we did to Chappell is injustice and by doing that we created shame for ourselfs and lost a good coach in that process.......we should get matured a lot in the process we look, play, think and watch this game......

Shame on our Left parties......

Today left parties have rejected the 123 agreement - Indo-US Nuclear Deal.  Indian left parties have zero allegiance to this nation and the people of India. They still like Russia and China and have more love towards them than India and Indian's. They act like Russian-Chinese representatives and vigorously fight for something that has to do with Russia or China and when it come to US they oppose it blindfolded, even if it is good for our country. shame on them. They have said the deal "appeared to aid furthering of interests of the US in the region." Look what their concern is.

There are some concerns like we cannot conduct nuclear test if we sign this civilian nuclear deal. These concerns can be raised-debated but the agreement should not be rejected as a whole. Also, India is growing and to fuel its growth we need nuclear power and fuel. If we are not making arrangements for this we would loose the opportunities to our competitor China. Though they have the same challenge they are doing all that is required to meet it. Now we are almost very close to a deal, though we tried in the past we did not succeed. The political climate in US is favorable for India and this would be the right time for us to get a deal like this done.

Congress Party should not let this deal go even if they have to loose this government. There is no point in having alliance with parties that has zero national interest and contunuing in this government. Today's left in India are not communist in the original form they have vested interests and they act like puppets in the hands of other communist nation. If there is a question asked to a person belonging to any political party in India "Is your party important or the nation?" the answer should be Nation if you ask Communists they would say its their party and they love Russia and China more than India.

SHAME ON LEFT PARTIES IN INDIA..............

How to Increase Sales and Conversion - Small and Medium Internet Retailers

I have been working in eCommerce industry for quite sometime now and has worked with some major internet retailers and quite a few small and medium internet retailing companies.

Before we get into to topic lets look at what internet retailing has done. This channel (Internet Retail) has made the retailing world flat. The scenario was different few years back. Huge stores who can offer great discounts got more sales and to invest on such a store was merely impossible for small and medium retailers. But the game is different online. A small or medium player can compete with Wal-Mart and there is no monopoly in here. It all depends on how search engine friendly your website is and how effectively you do online marketing. It does not stop there, you can still increase your conversion using tools like LiveChat.

Search Engine Marketing - SEM can improve your site's visibility on Search Engine's. This means that you are inviting a lot of eyeballs into your site. These are potential leads. To get your visibility increased you can use Search Engine ptimization (Natural or Organic Search), Pay Per Click Marketing (Paid or Sponsered Search), Affiliate Maketing, Link Building and Comparison Engine Campaigns. These are few ways in which you can invite eyeballs or in other words you can bring traffic into your website. Every component mentioned has its own advantage for ex: SEO is time consuming but long standing wherein PPC is quick and instantaneous.

You can carry out any of these based on your BUDGET.........BUDGET?????? this is the biggest headache for small etailers. For businesses that do not have a huge budget on marketing can still do all these in a structured manner. For Instance: Initially they can spend on paid and affiliate marketing increase sales and revenue and then step into doing Search Engine Optimization. Pay Per Click or Paid Marketing can bring you instant sales so is Affiliate which is one step ahead you get the sale and pay a commission for it use this for other activities. While you these also try to get maximum conversion. Today there is huge competition in online retailing, the maximum you convert is good for you. So you can use LiveChat as a sales tool to convert maximum leads. There is a lot ways to do get success out of LiveChat (I would post a thread on LiveChat advantages separetly).
To do all this small and medium internet retailers can look at Offshore Companies that can reduce operational cost.

name, fame and money VS law....the Sanjay Dutt saga

Sanjay Dutt - now a good samaritan and a good actor who has given some films recently with good messages to the society.......good and that has to be appreciated.........but today he is awarded a six year sentence for his involvement is an arms deal and his allegiance with the underworld is also being proved.

Media has given extreme importance to his story and some channels went one step ahead and started portraying him as a gandhian who is a changed man and deserves to be relieved of his cases. I have a different view on this and my view is the courts view. A person at the age of 34 knows what he does and whom he is having contacts with. While he attended the party with the under world don in 93 didnt he know that he is meeting a person wanted by the police . If supporting a don is a criminal activity then knowing his whereabouts and not informing the police is equally criminal. It did not end there, he has further maintained the relationship which helped him to buy an AK 56 rifle.

He is being sentenced for what he committed as a crime. If he has realised his mistake and has changed himself then he should serve the sentence. Law always is leanient to people who have a good behaviour while they serve their sentence. But caliming to be released before serving the sentence is based on good behaviour during the trial is not something that should be considered.

I also heard people talking if politicians can commit crime and go scot free then why not Snjay (Kiron Kher mentioned this while talking to IBNLIVE) if that is the case no one can be sentenced for any crime and this country will be like Sudan (Darfur). I agree there is lot of loop holes and mistakes happening but that cannot be quoted as an example to free a convict. Why didnt Kiron Kher raise her voice when a person was jailed for decades without a charge? (this story was in news sometime ago)

I appreciate the honourable judge Mr.Kode for this verdict.
